Pineapple Dessert

Crust: Mix together
2 C. Flour
2 T. Sugar
Then Cut in 2 cubes of butter, Press into a jelly roll pan
Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes- Cool

1 C. Sugar
3 T. Cornstarch
1 Large and 1 Small can of crushed pineapple
Cook on the stove- stir until it's thick then let it cool

Combine: A 15 oz. pkg of Cool whip and 1/2 cup powdered sugar and mix in a 8 oz pkg of softened cream cheese. Put this on the cooked crust and top with the pineapple topping- Keep in Fridge.
